| When
we went shopping for stretch, height and a show girl at
the Walkabout V 2005 sale at Kay Patterson Sharpnack’s
Hinterland, we found just what we wanted in Restless Dreams.
Coming from the well respected program of Gayle Woodsum’s
and Julie Heggie’s Double J’s Llama in Wyoming,
she is the first llama in our herd with Argentine bloodlines.
At 14 months she was 44” at the withers and 71”
at the poll with lots of growing time left. Her dam is very
large also. Sire, tall and magnificent, Argentine Yecu has
his ALSA GOS Championship, remains at Double J, and is not
available for outside breedings. Restless Dreams has dense,
curly, silky locked fiber, with a ton of presence. In her
first show season, in the spring of 2005, she attended five
shows and took four firsts and one second place in good
size classes. In addition to one Reserve Grand, in the large
Estes Park Wool Market double show she took two Grand Championships.
She has her ROM. Restless steps out correctly and with spirit.
